A charge of R975 per hour or part thereof, and travel and subsistence expenses, are payable for attendance by a representing officer referred to in regulation 17 of the Prevention and Combating of Pollution of the Sea by Oil Regulations, 1984. The charge will also be applicable when an officer is considering an application and documents for the service.
