| (1) | Where an officer conducts an inspection of cargo spaces to determine whether the provisions of Annex II to MARPOL have been complied with, a charge of R975 per cargo space inspected is payable. |
| (2) | Where a certificate of inspection is issued, an additional charge of R560 is payable. |
