| (1) | The administrator may, if the 2020 school year is extended to 2021 as a result of COVID-19, with the approval of the fund administrator, provide to beneficiaries, for the period for which the 2020 school year is extended, the forms of assistance contemplated in these Regulations. |
| (2) | The amount of assistance to be paid per month or part thereof by the administrator in respect of any form of assistance in terms of sub-regulation (1) must be determined by the administrator, in consultation with the fund administrator, by dividing the amounts determined in these Regulations by 11. |
