| (1) | The housing assistance may be granted to the approved listed beneficiary in a form of a once-off housing grant or a constructing a new house. |
| (2) | A once-off housing grant is limited to an amount of R183 257.00. |
| (3) | A construction of a new house is limited to an amount determined, from time to time, by the Minister of Human Settlements as per the Military Veteran quantum. |
