| (1) |
The Fund Administrator must take the following considerations into account when exercising a discretion in terms of regulations 4, 4A, 4B, 5, 5A and 5B: |
| (a) |
The distance to be travelled by the requester or the recipients; |
| (b) |
the age of the requester or the recipients; |
| (c) |
the heath condition of the requester or the recipients; |
| (d) |
the logistical arrangements in respect of the ceremony; and |
| (e) |
any other relevant consideration. |
