The management structure of a treatment centre must have access to the service user on condition that the purpose for access relates to—
| (a) |
communicating changes regarding policies and rules in the treatment centre; |
| (b) |
changes in the treatment plan of the service user; |
| (c) |
changes relating to personnel involved in the service users' treatment; |
| (d) |
getting personal information related to the treatment; |
| (e) |
getting information related to personal health; and |
| (f) |
any other matter related to the proper administration of a treatment centre. |
