| (a) | No liability shall attach to the State or to the board for any loss or damage occasioned to any person as a result of a bona fide performance by the board or a committee appointed under section 11(e) or by any agent, officer or employee of the board of any function or duty under this Act or the regulations. |
| (b) | A member (including an acting member) or an officer or employee of the board shall not be personally liable for any act or default done or committed in good faith in the course of performing his functions in terms of this Act or the regulations. |
