Draft Regulations under National Land Transport Act Published for Comment
Brought to you by SA Legal Academy: The Department of Transport has published draft amendments to regulations framed under the National Land Transport Act, No. 5 of 2009 for public review and representation.
In terms of the National Land Transport Act, No. 5 of 2009, the Minister of Transport has called for public input on substantial amendments to the existing regulatory framework. Interested and affected parties must submit written comments on or before 25 October 2026.
