I, Sifiso Mkhize, in my capacity as the Director-General of the Department of Water and Sanitation, having complied with section 13 of the National Water Act, (Act No. 36 of 1998) ("the Act") and Regulation 3 of the Regulations for the establishment of Water Resource Classification System (No. R810 Government Gazette No. 33541, 17 September 2010), and duly authorised in terms of sections 16(1) and 63(1)(a) of the Act, after having complied with section 16(2) and (3) of the Act, hereby publish the Reserve Determination of water resources for the Olifants-Doorn catchments.
