The Chief Executive Officer may—

(a)	appoint staff, or contract with any other persons, to assist the National Regulator in carrying out its functions; and

(b)	in consultation with the Minister and the Minister of Finance, determine the remuneration, allowances, beneﬁts, and other terms and conditions of appointment of each member of the staff.
