National Radioactive Waste Disposal Institute Act, 2008 (Act No. 53 of 2008Chapter 4 : General29. Regulations |
| 1) | The Minister may make regulations regarding— |
| a) | anything which in terms of this Act may be or must be prescribed; or |
| b) | any ancillary or incidental administrative or procedural matter that it is, necessary to prescribe for the proper implementation or administration of this Act. |
| 2) | Before any regulations are made in terms of subsection (1), the Minister must— |
| a) | by notice in the Gazette, invite the public to comment on the proposed regulations; and |
| b) | consider such comment. |
