| (1) | SAHRA may specify minimum qualifications and standards of practice to be applied in any actions undertaken under authority of a permit. |
| (2) | A permit will be issued only for actions that are demonstrated to be in accordance with the general principles for heritage resources management set out in section 5 and any principles prescribed under section 6 of the Act . |
| (3) | SAHRA may cancel a permit at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe the permit holder has not complied with the permit conditions. |
