By virtue of the powers vested in the South African Heritage Resources Agency in terms of Section 29 (1) of the National Heritage Resources Act, No 25 of 1999 (the Act), read with Section 29 (1) (a) (iii) of the Act, the properties as fully described in the Schedule hereto are hereby provisionally protected for a period of two years.
