| (1) | Emergency response measures must be put in place to deal with any eventuality of fires resulting from the working surfaces or at any other area within the facility. |
| (2) | All incidents which fall within the ambit of section 30 of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998) must be dealt with in accordance with that section and must be reported to be relevant competent authority. |
