The following regulations are hereby repealed:
| (a) | Waste Tyre Regulations, 2009, published under Government Notice No. R. 149 in Government Gazette No. 31901 of 13 February 2009; |
| (b) | the amendment to the Waste Tyre Regulations, 20009, published in Government Notice No. 1493, Government Gazette No. 40470 of 2 December 2016. |
