Section 148(1)

Appeal to a full panel against the decision of a single member of the Tribunal

Within 20 business days of the date of the ruling, or within a longer period if the Tribunal allows

Section 165

Application for variation or rescission of order


Form TI.165 in respect of section 165 (a) to (c) or Form TI.r4 in respect of section 165 (d) or (e)

(1) A copy of the ruling to be varied or rescinded

(3) A copy of the consent of the other parties in respect of whom the order was made if applicable


(4) A detailed affidavit setting out the grounds for an application in terms of section 165(e), if applicable
