The Registrar must compile a record of the proceedings in respect of any matter that has come before the Tribunal, comprising of: |
| (a) |
the application documents; |
| (c) |
the presiding member's record of pre-hearing procedures; |
| (d) |
any interlocutory orders made by the Tribunal; |
| (e) |
all documentary evidence; |
| (f) |
the transcript, if any, of the oral evidence given at the hearing; and |
| (g) |
a written record of the Tribunal's final decision with reasons. |
