||The Registrar must compile a record of the proceedings in respect of any matter that has come before the Tribunal, comprising of:
||the application documents;
||the presiding member's record of pre-hearing procedures;
||any interlocutory orders made by the Tribunal;
||all documentary evidence;
||the transcript, if any, of the oral evidence given at the hearing; and
||a written record of the Tribunal's final decision with reasons.
