Military Ombud Act, 2012 (Act No. 4 of 2012)15. Regulations |
The Minister must, after consultation with the Ombud, make regulations regarding—
| (a) | the procedure for lodging a complaint; |
| (b) | the method and conduct of investigation; |
| (c) | the format of a written complaint; |
| (d) | the registration of a complaint; and |
| (e) | generally, any matter that may or must be prescribed in terms of this Act. |
