Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No. 57 of 1997)Regulations relating to Society Lotteries1. Definitions |
In these regulations, unless the context otherwise indicates, any word or expression defined in the Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No. 57 of 1997), has that meaning, and-
"lottery manager"
means any person who is authorised by a society to conduct a lottery on its behalf for payment of any nature whatsoever;
"the Act"
means the Lotteries Act, 1997 (Act No. 57 of 1997).
