| (1) | There is hereby established a fund to be known as the National Lottery Distribution Trust Fund, to be managed by the board. |
| (2) | The board shall annually table financial reports in accordance with the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), in Parliament in respect of the distributed funds, which financial report must form part of the report contemplated in section 12(1)(b). |
