President of the Republic of South Africa

Under section 58 of the Health Professions Amendment Act, 2007, I hereby determine 01 August 2008 as the date on which, to the extent indicated below, the following sections of the said Act shall come into operation:

Sections 1 to 13; 15; 17 to 29; and 31 to 58.
