In these regulations, any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Fire Brigade Services Act, 1987 (Act No. 99 of 1987), shall bear the meaning so assigned thereto and unless the context otherwise indicates—
"Act"
means the Fire Brigade Services Act, 1987 (act No. 99 of 1987);
"National Fire Services Framework" or "Framework"
means a Framework contemplated in regulation 2.
