Financial Services Ombud Schemes Act, 2004 (Act No. 37 of 2004)2. Establishment of Financial Services Ombud Schemes Council |
| (1) | There is hereby established a council to be known as the Financial Services Ombud Schemes Council. |
| (2) | The Council is an independent body having the powers and duties, and performing the functions, as set out in this Act. |
| (3) | The Council is directly accountable to the Minister. |
