In terms of section 26A(1) of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001), I, Enoch Godongwana, Minister of Finance, announce that the Security Council of the United Nations adopted Resolution S/RES/2653 (2022) concerning Haiti under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations on 21 October 2022.
