Communication of the EE Plan must be informed by a communication strategy that takes the following into account:

The mechanisms available to communicate, including print and electronic. |
| (b) |
Various ways to communicate with different target groups, e.g. persons with disabilities. |
| (c) |
The content of the EE Plan. |
| (d) |
The persons responsible for implementing the EE Plan. |
| (e) |
The manner in which disputes on the implementation and interpretation of the EE Plan would be managed. |
| (f) |
Availability and accessibility of the EE Plan, including to persons with disabilities. |
