| (1) | The application fee payable by authentication service providers that apply for accreditation or whose authentication products or services resulting in and used to support an electronic signature have been accredited is an amount of R20,000.00 in respect of each separate authentication product or service resulting in and used to support an electronic signature. |
| (2) | Fees payable to the South African Accreditation Authority must be paid directly into the Department's bank account and proof of the payment submitted to the South African Accreditation Authority. |
| (3) | All fees contemplated in sub-regulation (1) are non-refundable. |
