Within 24 hours of suspension or revocation of a certificate by a certification service provider as contemplated in regulation 21, the certification service provider must publish a signed notice of the suspension or revocation in the repository specified in the certificate for publication of notice of suspension or revocation, and where more than one repository is specified the certification service provider must publish signed notices of the suspension or revocation in all such repositories.
