28. Administration and supervision

 

(1) Accreditation granted by the South African Accreditation Authority is subject to the condition that an authentication service provider must, on at least five days' written notice, allow the South African Accreditation Authority or an auditor appointed by the South African Accreditation Authority, as the case may be, to enter its business premises during normal business hours for purposes of audits and must upon request make available for inspection any relevant books, records, supporting documents and other documentation and must disclose all information reasonably requested by the South African Accreditation Authority or auditor and provide all support necessary to conduct the audit.

 

(2) To the extent that any of the information in regulations 6 and 7 submitted by an applicant changes after accreditation, the South African Accreditation Authority must be notified by the authentication service provider of such changes in writing.
