| (1) |
The Regulator may vary, suspend or remove any licence condition, or may include additional conditions— |
| (b) |
with the permission of the licensee; |
| (c) |
upon non-compliance by a licensee with a licence condition; |
| (d) |
if it is necessary for the purposes of this Act; or |
| (e) |
on application by any affected party. |
| (2) |
The Regulator must prescribe the procedure to be followed in varying, suspending, removing or adding any licence condition. |
