The powers conferred upon the Rules Board for Courts of Law by section 6 of the Rules Board for Courts of Law Act, 1985 (Act No. 107 of 1985), shall include the power to make rules not inconsistent with a provision of this Act or made under section 61(1) as to any matter which that Rules Board may consider necessary or expedient to prescribe or regulate in order that the objects of Chapters V and VI may be achieved.
