Chapter IV : Offences, Penalties, Presumptions and Forfeiture

Purchase

Any person who—

(a)	places any drug in the possesion, or in or on the premises, vehicle, vessel or aircraft, of any other person with intent that the latter person be charged with an offence under this Act;

(b)	contravenes a provision of section 3;

(c)	contravenes a provision of section 4(a);

(d)	contravenes a provision of section 4(b);

(e)	contravenes a provision of section 5(a); or

(f)	contravenes a provision of section 5(b),

shall be guilty of an offence.
