| (1) | The carrier operating a truck to the Republic must, in accordance with rule 8.29, give advance notice to the Commissioner of the scheduled arrival in the Republic of the truck and of all cargo and crew on board the truck. |
| (2) | This rule only applies to trucks operated by carriers. |
