| 33.01 | No approved museum or agricultural college and agricultural distiller shall use a still with a capacity of less than 90 litres for distilling spirits: Provided that this requirement shall not apply in respect of a still which is lawfully in the possession of an agricultural distiller immediately prior to the commencement of the Act. |
