I, Membathisi Mphurnzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, after consultation with the Compensation Board, hereby make the amendments to be regulations under section 97 of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993) as amended.
The amended regulation will take effect of the dated of publication hereof and supersedes the previous regulation under section 97 of the Act No. 130 of 1993.
