| 1) | The Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, determines the conditions of appointment of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson and the other members of the Commission, taking into account the conditions of appointment of members constitutional institutions. |
| 2) | The members of the Commission are appointed in a part-time capacity, but the Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson and not more than three other members may be appointed in a full-time capacity. |
