| 1) | The Chairperson of the Commission decides when and where the Commission meets, but must convene a meeting within 30 days after the receipt of a request supported by a majority of the members to convene a meeting of the Commission. |
| 2) | The Commission must meet at least quarterly. |
| 3) | The Chairperson or, in the absence of the Chairperson, the Deputy Chairperson presides at meetings of the Commission, but if both are absent from a meeting, the members present must elect another member to preside at the meeting. |
