I, Dube Tshidi, Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes ("the Registrar") hereby, in terms of section 97(3)(a)(i) of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 (Act No. 45 of 2002 ("the Act ")), suspend paragraphs 34 and 37 of the of the MET Collective Investments Scheme Deed ("the Deed "), subject to compliance with the following:
1. Matters to be complied with
| 1.1 | The suspension only applies in so far as paragraphs 34 and 37 are applicable to the Contego B8 MET Global Diversified Feeder Fund. |
| 1.2 | The manager must immediately inform all investors in the Contego B8 MET Global Diversified Feeder Fund, of the suspension of repurchases and the reasons thereof. |
| 1.3 | The manager may not accept new investments from investors during the period of suspension. |
| 1.4 | The manager must inform the Registrar once it is in a position to comply with those provisions of the Deed that are suspended in terms of this Notice. |
2. Period of suspension
The suspension remains in force until its withdrawal by the Registrar.
3. Effective date
This Notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
