I, Dube Phineas Tshidi, Registrar of Collective Investment Schemes, hereby, under section 22(a) of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 2002 (Act No. 45 of 2002), exempt managers of collective investment schemes in securities from compliance with paragraph 1(4)(b) of Board Notice 91 of 2014 published in Government Gazette No. 37895 of 08 August 2014, to maintain seed capital in the exchange traded portfolios listed on an exchange.
