The Minister may make regulations in terms of section 306 concerning—
| (a) |
the national norms and standards that partial care facilities must comply with; |
| (b) |
the procedure to be followed in connection with the lodging and consideration of applications for registration in terms of this Chapter, for the renewal of such registration and for the suspension or cancellation of registration; |
| (c) |
the different types of partial care that may be provided in terms of such registration; |
| (d) |
the period for which registration is valid; |
| (e) |
the requirements that the different types of partial care facilities have to comply with; |
| (f) |
the management of partial care facilities; |
| (g) |
the procedure to be followed with regard to the children in a partial care facility if the partial care facility is closed down; |
| (h) |
the procedure to be followed and the fees to be paid in connection with the lodging and consideration of appeals in terms of this Chapter; and |
| (i) |
any other matter that may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of this Chapter. |
