The Minister may make regulations in terms of section 306 concerning—
| (a) |
the national norms and standards that early childhood development programmes must comply with; |
| (b) |
any other requirements with which early childhood development programmes must comply; |
| (c) |
the procedure to be followed in connection with the lodging and consideration of applications for registration in terms of this Chapter and for the renewal of such registrations; |
| (d) |
the assessment and compulsory monitoring of early childhood development programmes; and |
| (e) |
any other matter necessary to facilitate the implementation of this Chapter. |
