The funds of a public centre consist of –
| (a) | funds allocated by the State; |
| (b) | any donations or contributions received by the centre; |
| (c) | money raised by the centre; |
| (d) | money payable by learners for adult basic education and training provided by the centre; and |
| (e) | other funds from any other source. |
