21. Regulations

Purchase

(1)	The Minister may make regulations to prescribe any matter which in terms of this Act may be prescribed or which may be necessary or expedient to prescribe in order to achieve or promote the objects of this Act.

(2)	Any regulation contemplated in subsection (1) may for any contravention of or failure to comply with its provisions, provide for penalties of a fine or imprisonment for a period not exceeding 3 months.
