| (1) | The Chief Executive Officer, with the Board’s approval, may delegate any of the powers, functions or duties of that office in terms of this Act, to any employee of the Agency. |
| (2) | Section 18(1)(b), (2)(a) and (c) and (3), will apply, reading in the changes necessary in the context, to any delegation in terms of this section. |
