In this Schedule, a word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall bear the meaning so assigned to it, and unless the context otherwise indicates—
"Director-General"
means the Director-General of the Department of Home Affairs; and
"the Act"
means the South African Citizenship Act, 1995 (Act No. 88 of 1995).
