Share Blocks Control Act 1980 (Act No. 59 of 1980)10. Rights attaching to shares of share block company |
Any share of a company which after the commencement of this Act—
| (a) | brings a share block scheme into operation, shall confer the same vote as every other share of the company; or |
| (b) | operates a share block scheme, shall confer a right to or an interest in the use of immovable property. |
