Security Services Special Account Act, 1969 (Act No. 81 of 1969)7. Utilization of certain appropriated moneys |
Any moneys appropriated by Parliament for the financial year 1969-'70 under the Vote Prime Minister in respect of salary and allowances for the Security Adviser and in respect of secret services, shall be deemed to have been so appropriated for the account, and any such moneys which may have been utilized prior to the establishment of the account, shall be deemed to have been utilized under section 2.
