PROCLAMATION

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 45 of the Second-Hand Goods Act, 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009), I, hereby fix 10 December 2011 as the date on which the definition of "controlled metal"; sections 16 to 20; 22(1); 25(4)(b); 25(4)(c); 32(1)(1); 32(1)(o); 32(2); 32(3) and Schedule 2 of the said Act shall come into operation.
