I, Dipuo Peters, Minister of Transport acting in terms of regulation 3(2)(a) of the Road Accident Fund Regulations, 2008, made under section 26 of the Road Accident Fund Act, 1996 (Act No. 56 of 1996) hereby adjust the maximum amount which is recoverable from the Road Accident Fund, or an agent, in respect of the cost of an assessment conducted after date of publication to R3000.00, excluding Value Added Tax.
