Any person who—
| (a) | threatens; |
| (b) | attempts; |
| (c) | conspires with any other person; or |
| (d) | aids, abets, induces, incites, instigates, instructs or commands, counsels or procures another person, |
to commit an offence in terms of this Chapter, is guilty of an offence.
