| (1) | The extended general committee consists of all CDA members, NGO's/NPO's, local and international partners of the CDA, key National Departments who may not already be members of the CDA, Provincial Substance Abuse Coordinators (Managers), as well as Provincial Substance Abuse Forum Chairpersons, who may bring no more than 2 representatives (on rotation) of Local Drug Action Committees. |
| (2) | Meetings of the Extended General Committee are held twice a year and the main objectives include stakeholder engagement, to engage on the Annual Reports. |
